- Head of Legal Department at CerebralPalsyGuidance.com

- Selected multiple times as a Super Lawyers – Rising Star. “Recognizes his high level of professional achievement and peer recognition in specific areas of legal practice. Just five percent of active attorneys are awarded this particular honor.”
Robert discusses his role as head of our legal department:
Once a person starts to consider legal action for a birth injury case, one of the biggest problems they encounter is “where do I turn for help and guidance?”
It’s my job at Cerebral Palsy Guidance to make sure you don’t have to struggle with that question. You can turn to me and rely on my expertise to guide you through this difficult time.
Every birth injury situation is different, and attorneys specialize in different types of cases. We have a network of leading cerebral palsy and birth injury attorneys throughout the U.S. and we’ll match you up with the best lawyer for your particular case.
This initial consultation is 100% FREE, with no obligation.
As an attorney myself I can work directly with other attorneys and determine who’s a good match for your case. Attempting to handle this yourself will often result in bouncing around between various paralegals, intake people, and doing a lot of your own research. And at the end of the day you’re still just hoping someone will take your case.
It is my belief that parents should not have to deal with that stress at this difficult time.
I will be your advocate and be with you each step of the way and make sure you and your family get the best legal representation for your case.
And this all adds up to giving your child what they deserve: maximum compensation and support!
–Robert Wharton, Esquire
Attorney Robert Wharton’s career in law began with his studies at Florida State University. After graduation he was awarded a full scholarship to attend the Baylor University School of Law. Here he learned about and prepared for a career in trial advocacy, bringing his focus to helping those clients who most need an advocate on their side.
Robert is head of the legal department at CerebralPalsyGuidance.com and is responsible for making sure families have access to the best possible legal representation. His entire legal career has been focused exclusively on helping families and individuals harmed by negligent actions. He has never represented companies or corporations. He started the Wharton Law Firm to represent these kinds of vulnerable clients, those harmed and injured by negligent companies. Robert’s focus is on medical malpractice, cerebral palsy, and birth injury claims.
